About Holly

Known for her social media presence in Costa Mesa, CA and her former work on several Home and Garden Television (HGTV) real estate shows, Holly Schwartz McDonald brings a unique perspective to the Orange County real estate market. Born and raised in New Jersey, Holly spent her summers enjoying the Jersey Shore. It was that love of the beach that ultimately drew her to California. Holly attended Boston University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a specialization in TV production. She then moved to Los Angeles during her senior year to intern and quickly began working as a production assistant for Pie Town Productions, which produced many shows for HGTV. Some of the shows Holly worked on include Designers’ Challenge, My House Is Worth What?, House Hunters and House Hunters International. While Holly had always loved real estate, it was while working on these shows that she discovered her desire to be part of the business and to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

After moving to Orange County to buy her first home in Costa Mesa, Holly joined Torelli Realty, a company based in the city. She started off as the Marketing Director and then transitioned into full time real estate by 2012. She has helped over 100 families find new homes in the Orange County area. By focusing on Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach & Newport Beach, Holly is able to help buyers who share her love for the beach and lifestyle. Holly also uses her innovative marketing strategies to help sellers create an environment that is welcoming for buyers in an effort to get top dollar. With over $20 million in sales in 2014, Holly is dedicated to helping her clients through the entire real estate transaction and uses her background in communications to help build lasting relationships.

Aside from real estate, Holly also enjoys playing tennis, running at the beach, taking care of her dog and cat, and socializing with friends and colleagues. She is also a member of the Big Brothers Big Sister Program of Orange County.
