We met Holly about a year ago when she was the listing agent for another property in our neighborhood. She came to our home, sipped iced tea, and provided advice about our specific house, the market, and pricing. We decided than that the time was wrong. Fast forward about nine months, when she called again to say the market had much improved and the timing was substantially better. She was right. We listed our home of 33 years with her and it sold in 17 days. Holly was on the ball. She replied to virtually every email within an hour, even if it was after suppertime. She was prompt, knowledgeable but most of all consultative. Though she offered constant advice, she simultaneously made it clear it was our decision.
